Birdwatching

Depending on the time of year you can see a huge variety of birds.

Details of local areas to visit are available and because we are members of the LPO, the French League for the Protection of Birds, we can tell you what is going on in the region by consulting the organisations website.

We have made the garden into a bird friendly area and here you will find Hoopoes, Redstarts, Swallows, Sparrows galore, Blue and Great Tits, Kestrels and many more. In the vines around the house there are Harriers, Hawks, Kites, Storks, Owls, Stonechats, Goldfinches to name but a few.
